When I am not living out in the remote Tasmanian wilderness hunting, fishing and gathering native milk to make wild cheese I've been known to involve myself with some other bands/projects such as Sealfinger, Youngbreeder, Budd as well as being a solo artist hence this personalised domain. I'm not what you would call a popular artist, financially successful or even critically acclaimed which some of my early day peers have managed to achieve and continue to maintain to this very day.
I remain largely ignored and I figure my output is pretty hit n miss (more miss) and can vary in style which kinda makes it hard for fans of one particular release/genre to digest any of my other releases. I guess I'm hard to pin down which possibly explains why I have pretty much remained well under the radar for so long....realistically it could be because I'm actually shit!! It hasn't all been bad though! I've managed to play some big festivals, toured locally, internationally to a limited degree, met with and shared the stage with some truly amazing people and artists over the years.
If I could say anything about my relationship with my music and songwriting is that I liken it to an alcoholic who simply can't put the bottle down.
